Motorcycle designs with vinyl stickers. I take time for designing. There is a
hurdle in my mind which decide this design should be realized or
not.
Sometime I spend a few days to decide
which color should be used in one part.
I keep looking into motorcycle up untill I find something neat, different
from others, shapes and colors combinations.
I want to take plenty of time to finish perfect design.So that It takes
a week or 2 weeks to build most of the time.
(I want 3 weeks if cost doesn't
matter.)
First of all, I ask customer what image
customer has. We communicate several times that what is favorite color, bright
or plain, untill customer is satisfied. There are thousands combinations. So
many men, so many minds.
I start decorate with vinyl stickers,
there is a case that image doesn't fit on motorcycle. Because on the paper, motorcycle looks flat.
But real one has many curves. Then I
change the plan to get better looking, fit on real motorcycle.
Important thing is the curve sometimes make motorcycle look much better than paper image.
This is a lucky point of motorcycle
designs.
Let's talk about paintings.
Have somecone asked to paint own motorcycle. Did he satisfy? Someone Yes, someone may be not.
Paint is so difficult. Because It's hard
piling colors on motorcycle .We must look whole
motorcycle (shape, curve and each size of
parts) and color balance. We must choose best balance how
much amount of colors should be used.
It is not easy to see whole motorcycle color balance while painting scheme
procedure.
But with vinyl, It makes easier to see
whole balance anytime.
Stick vinyl , If you don't like it, you
just take it off. This is good point of vinyl decoration.
When you see my past works, I want you to
know that I decide color size of each color with one milimeter
unit.
For example, I want white here more, then
add white little. I feel more, then add white some more.
Adding and shaving colors are one milimeter unit, and could change next
blink an eye.
Vinyl expand pretty much in case of using
heat gun. Vinyl can fit any curves.
These are advantages of vinyl decoration to paintings.
We use 3M or other vinyls which has least
5 years warranty when outside use.
And easy to take it off ,if you get tired of it.
